Membership
We are a Private Membership Association which means a lifetime $5 membership is required to book sessions. Booking is required online or by phone prior to your visit. The PMA form can be completed online or in person but is required before the first visit.
Cancellations/Late Arrivals/No Shows
Cancellations require 24 hours advanced notice. Cancelations and rescheduling can be completed through the online booking system. We do not accept cancellations by voicemail or email. Please use the online booking system or call and speak with someone.
Late Arrival
Arriving late will reducing scheduled appointment time. Please plan accordingly to take full advantage of the scheduled time.
Cash Payment
We accept cash payment at the time of check-in. After two cancellations without 24 hour notice and/or no-shows, members paying cash will be required to pay in advance for their sessions.
Unify Members
UNIFYD member, please call and email a copy of your receipt to receive a discount code.
Sales are final and non-refundable.
Equipment Reminder
Please do not touch, move, or interfere with the EESystem towers in anyway. Each tower is precisely aligned and set up by trained EESystem employees. Should misalignment or damage occur as a result of touching, moving, or interfering with the towers you will be responsible for cost of resetting equipment, at minimum $1500 fee. This is the EESystem fee for realignment.
Please do not move or rearrange any furniture in the room. Please ask for assistance if furniture needs to be adjusted.
If policies are disregarded, your membership may be revoked.
